Supreme Court of India proclaimed the cancellation of declaration of result of All India Pre-Medical Entrance in response to the petitions filed by the candidates due to large scale cheating held at various centres on 03 May 2015, the date of examination. The court criticized CBSE for its system failure in conducting the examination smoothly and fairly.  About 6 lakh aspirants who appeared in AIPMT 2015 must gear up as the Court has directed CBSE to conduct re-examination of AIPMT within four weeks.

The Supreme Court on Monday scrapped the 2015-16 All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT), stating that the examination conducted on May 3 had become “suspect” after it was “vitiated to the core by the use of deceitful means and measures to bene圬t” some candidates. More than 6.3 lakh students had appeared for the exam held to 圬ll the approximately 3,200 MBBS/BDS seats available.

About AIPMT/AIPDT : -

All India Pre Medical Test/All India Pre Dental Test is the entrance exam which is conducts by Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, India in various examination centers which allows the qualified candidates to get admission in the MBBS and BDS courses in the Medical Colleges in India. To qualify the exam, clearing the AIPMT/AIPDT is essential without which students are not eligible for getting admission. The exam conducts in every year in which large numbers of students appears every year.

The AIPMT is a national level UG medical entrance exam which is o埤cially conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi.
